$15.91/hour Shift premiums available on eligible shifts Temp-to-hire opportunity Typical conversion to permanent employment in 4-6 months Pay increase to $16.49/hour upon conversion Top wage of $19.20/hour within approximately 18 months Medical, dental, and vision benefits after conversion What You'll Do Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Produce parts that meet customer specifications and manufacturing requirements Read and follow work instructions and specifications Complete required production and quality documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documents Basic math skills for measurements, data collection, and quality checks Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and work ethic Work Environment & Physical Requirements Manufacturing floor environment Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting as required Ability to work scheduled shift and overtime as needed Wear required Personal Protective Equipment Employment & Benefits This position begins as a contingent assignment through one of our staffing partners. Employees with strong performance and attendance are typically considered for permanent employment after approximately 4-6 months, based on business needs.
