Responsibilities:

Remove finished foam seat pads from molds and place them on conveyors for further processing. Clean molds by removing foam particles, wax buildup, and debris to prepare for the next production cycle. Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Report production issues, defects, and process concerns to supervisors and line technicians. Requirements Manufacturing, assembly, production, or automotive experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Comfortable using pneumatic tools, hand tools, grinders, and trimming equipment. High school diploma or equivalent.
