Job Description

Assembly Associate Fowlerville Shift:

Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (No Weekends!)

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Assembly Associates to join our growing manufacturing team in Fowlerville. In this role, you will perform hands-on production tasks to build pre-made automotive parts and ensure high-quality components move smoothly down the line. Perfect for anyone seeking steady daytime hours and a stable schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble pre-made automotive parts and components according to specifications.
Use basic hand tools, power tools, and factory equipment safely.
Inspect finished parts and components to maintain strict quality and performance standards.
Follow all shop floor safety rules, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of debris.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Strong reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly during an 8-hour shift.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
