Qualifications:

Must have at least one (1) year of experience in manufacturing experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning Ability to follow complex processes Knowledge of measuring devices, calipers and micrometers Experience with changing of dies and tooling. Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on assigned production line. Seek out ways to improve equipment performance and quality of product. Recommend changes related to equipment use to increase efficiency; keep the supervisor informed of problem areas. Firm understanding of industrial standards.
