Suite 400 Hudsonville, MI 49426 Company Proper Beverage Company Department Production Reports To Production Supervisor Supervisory Responsibilities None Job Description As a Filler Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Filling equipment during your assigned shift. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and precise filling of cans to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This is a full-time, 3rd shift position. The schedule is Sunday night through Thursday night from 11pm to 7:30am. Responsibilities Machine Operation Operate filling machinery and related equipment during your assigned shift. Set up and adjust filling parameters according to production specifications. Quality Control Monitor the filling process to ensure accurate volumes and proper sealing of cans. Conduct quality checks and take corrective actions as needed. Maintenance Perform routine maintenance on filling equipment. Report any equipment issues to the maintenance team for timely resolution. Cleaning and Sanitization Follow cleaning and sanitation protocols for filling equipment. Ensure cleanliness of the filling area to meet hygiene standards. Production Coordination Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow. Communicate effectively with supervisors, technicians, and other operators. All other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a Filler Operator or in a related role. Understanding of filling equipment operation and adjustments. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy equipment.
