No rehires are accepted (if you have worked there before) Work tasks include: Assembly, Inspection, Quality, Pick/Pack, Forklift Operator, General Production and Machine Operation., Packaging, Production duties, Hi-Lo Operators Union Facility 1st shift: 6:12am to 2:42pm (plus Overtime) 2nd shift: 4pm to 12:30am. 3rd shift: 7pm to 3:30am (plus Overtime) No drug testing for THC. Must have steel toes. $20.80/hour.. Overtime is available. Responsibilities Assemble products and components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments according to technical drawings and production documents Conduct quality checks during assembly using measuring instruments to verify dimensions and specifications Follow safety protocols rigorously, including heavy lifting techniques and manual handling procedures, to maintain a safe working environment Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements aligned with lean manufacturing principles Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring proper storage and organization in compliance with safety standards Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with assembly line operations and production workflows Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, interpreting technical drawings, and using hand tools or power tools effectively Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including heavy lifting, manual handling, and safety protocol adherence Experience operating forklifts or other industrial equipment is advantageous but not mandatory with proper certification Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret technical documents accurately is essential for success in this role Proven ability to work efficiently within a team managing production or assembly tasks while maintaining high quality standards Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible impact!
