Job Type Full-Time Hours Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Weekly Pay Overtime After 40 Hours Advancement Opportunities What You'll Do Load materials into production machines and equipment Operate machinery following established work instructions Inspect finished parts and identify quality concerns Assist with basic machine adjustments and production support Maintain accurate production and quality standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Must-Have Requirements Ability to stand for the entire shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to perform repetitive hand, arm, and lifting movements Ability to bend, reach, walk, and move throughout the shift Basic reading and math skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to follow safety policies and supervisor instructions Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Experience Manufacturing experience Production experience Machine operation experience Assembly experience Automotive manufacturing experience Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
