Machine Operator

• CNC (Hydromat) | Kalkaska, MI 1st & 2nd Shift Available | Full-Time | Immediate Openings PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a well-established precision manufacturing company in Kalkaska that specializes in high-volume CNC machining.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for running and maintaining CNC equipment that produces high-precision components. Set up and operate Hydromat CNC machines based on blueprints and technical drawings Load and unload raw materials and finished parts Adjust and fine-tune machine settings to maintain production accuracy Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards Identify defects and ensure parts meet required tolerances Record and report quality control and production data Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance for repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and company production standards

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required CNC experience preferred ( Hydromat experience is a big plus ) Technical training or certification in machining is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or on a team
