Job Description:
The MIP Packaging Technician reports to the MIP Manager and MIP Packaging Supervisor. The ultimate objective of the Packaging Technician is to package MIP products efficiently and compliantly, while maintaining a production and sanitary work environment. The MIP Packaging Technician assists the MIP Packaging Production Lead and MIP Packaging Supervisor with daily tasks, as needed, to maintain a productive work environment.

Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Oversee quality standards are met and report issues to managementAccurately produce quality acceptable labels for packagesMaintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environmentCommunicate effectively with other NEA departmentsAbility to adapt to changing situations and utilize problem solving skills for a positive outcomeAbility to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain required state cannabis agent registration1+ year of relevant work experienceExperience with Microsoft Suite softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMotivated, flexible, and adapts to changing situationsAbility to lift, push, pull 50 poundsAbility to repeatedly perform the following tasks: sit, stand, stoop, stretch, bend, twist, reach, carry, lift, push, and pull
