We're seeking an individual to lead Machine Operators on 3rd Shift at a manufacturing facility in Kentwood, Michigan. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of leadership experience, Machine Operator experience (CNC preferred), and strong organizational skills. In this role, you'll play a key part in training team members, improving processes, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Job:

Provide leadership to 3rd Shift production Set up and operate machines (grit blast, thermal spray, etc.) Assist in troubleshooting and adjusting machines Perform quality checks Assist Supervisor in ensuring production timelines are met Assist with Material Handling as needed Load / unload trucks as needed Train new and existing associates Ensure work areas are consistently organized, safe, and efficient

More About You:

• Proven leadership experience (2+ years) Machine Operator experience (CNC preferred) Ability to operate hi-lo or forklift machinery (or a willingness to learn) Understanding of blueprints Computer skills (especially Microsoft Office Suite) High School Diploma or GED Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements, etc.)
