It works in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork, organization, accuracy, and good customer service. Bindery Operator A person with Print and/or Bindery Equipment operating experience would be a great fit for this job. The Primary function of Company employee is to ensure a high quality product is produced in every facet of the process. A committed craftsman who takes pride in their work. Able to think outside the box and have the mentality that you will do whatever it takes to complete the job.
Job Requirements/Qualifications :
Knowledge or Experience for all of the following a plus: Ability to learn/understand the setup and operation of a perfect binder. Ability to learn/understand the setup and cutting process on a digital high speed guillotine cutter. Ability to learn/understand the various substrates and how they are impacted by the cutting process. Ability to learn/understand the pre and post-cutting process and the workflow that is required to keep the operational standards. Self-directed team player with strong focus on customer requirements and solutions. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting paper boxes up to 45 lbs. Meets the departmental standards for productivity and accuracy. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Education/Experience High School diploma. Ability to accurately distinguish up to 30-character alpha-numeric sequences.
