AM Job Description:
Aims Advantage is currently hiring Machine Operators for a well-established automotive manufacturing facility in the area. This position is responsible for operating machinery used in the production of automotive transmission components while ensuring parts meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with their hands, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery to manufacture automotive transmission components Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and proper measurements Maintain a safe and clean work environment Meet production and quality expectations
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Experience using gauges, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work in a manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Why Apply?
