Position Summary Enwork is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our Wood Furniture Department. The ideal candidate will have experience operating woodworking machinery, including panel saws , CNC routers, edge banders, and related equipment. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Responsibilities Manufacture products in a team environment while meeting customer and production requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Set up and operate woodworking machinery to accurately produce parts. Operate CNC routers, saws, edge banders, and related equipment as needed. Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines as needed. Troubleshoot equipment and identify potential machine issues. Inspect finished components to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area. Work collaboratively with team members to support continuous improvement and production goals. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills Previous experience operating woodworking machinery, panel saw or related manufacturing equipment preferred. Ability to accurately measure, cut, and process wood panels. Ability to read and interpret engineering prints, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Reliable with excellent attendance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently . Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, and perform physical activities throughout the entire shift.
