Manufacturing Assembly Operator Location:
Blue Water Area, MIPay Rate:
Competitive, based on experience
Schedule:
Full-Time | 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts available
Overtime:
Required, including weekends as needed Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Qualified Staffing is hiring Assembly Operators for a well-established manufacturer in the Blue Water Area. Key Responsibilities:
Produce parts according to standard work instructions and cycle times Perform quality checks using gauges, SPC charting, and inspection tools Complete assembly tasks while handling materials and dunnage within the work area Maintain 5S standards, housekeeping, and basic equipment care Identify simple equipment issues and reset machines as needed Submit maintenance requests when necessary Complete safety checks and routine production documentation Perform error-proofing checks and assist with line teardowns Accurately track production counts, quality data, and scrap Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts Assist in training new team members as needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Quality-focused mindset Ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness to work any shift and required overtime Ability to stand, walk, push, and pull throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 25 lbs in a repetitive environment
Preferred Qualifications:
