The ideal candidate will have experience in embroidery and possess a strong understanding of fabricating and garment construction, but no experience and willingness to learn will also be considered. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines and ensuring the quality of the finished products. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in production. Responsibilities Operate embroidery machines to fabricate garments according to specifications. Experience with digitizing software Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to design specifications. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the sewing process and make necessary adjustments. Requirements Previous experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator prefered Proficiency in operating sewing machines and understanding garment construction processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
