What We Offer Steady full-time hours (Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week) Shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shift schedules Paid, hands-on training with room to grow Clean, climate-controlled facility designed for focus and comfort Optional overtime — available but never mandated What You'll Do Operate precision equipment to form micro-scale wire components Follow detailed blueprints and process documentation Use vision systems, micrometers, and microscopes to ensure accuracy Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency Contribute to products used in:
- Life-saving medical devices
- Advanced aerospace systems
