3:00 PM•3:00 AM 12-hour shifts Job Summary We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing automotive seating components. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. No previous machine operating experience is required—training is provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production goals. Load materials and remove finished products from machines. Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times. Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Accurately complete production paperwork and documentation. Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift. Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
