Cooling Systems Location:

Romulus, MI Shifts Available:

5:00 AM

3:30 PM (First Shift) 4:00 PM
2:20 AM (Second Shift) Pay & Incentives $16.00/hr
First Shift $16.35/hr
Second Shift $100 Weekly Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance What You'll Do Assemble cooling systems for Ford vehicles Use hand tools and follow detailed work instructions Perform quality checks to ensure all components meet standards Maintain a clean and safe work area Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals Requirements Ability to stand for 8-10 hours Comfortable with repetitive assembly tasks Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs 3 months previous assembly experience
