1st Shift $15.00 2nd Shift $16.00 Job Summary Our client, a growing metal plating and manufacturing company, is seeking dependable and safety-conscious Machine Operators to join their production team. Machine Operators will be responsible for operating production and plating-related equipment, inspecting metal parts, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards. This is a hands-on manufacturing position ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and following detailed work instructions. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production, plating, and processing equipment. Load and unload metal parts onto racks, fixtures, or production lines. Follow established operating procedures and production schedules. Inspect finished and in-process parts for defects, damage, or inconsistencies. Measure parts using basic inspection tools as required. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Perform basic machine adjustments and notify supervisors of equipment issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements. Handle materials and chemicals according to established safety procedures. Meet daily production, quality, and efficiency goals. Perform other general production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machine operation, metal finishing, plating, or industrial experience preferred. Ability to operate machinery and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position up to 50lbs. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work overtime and/or different shifts when needed. Must be able to follow all workplace safety requirements. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Metal plating or metal finishing Electroplating Manufacturing or production Machine operation Parts inspection Deburring or grinding Assembly Industrial equipment operation Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, odors, and industrial equipment. Must be willing to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other protective equipment as applicable.
