Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing or factory settings with knowledge of shop math, blueprint reading, and mechanical blueprint interpretation. Proficiency with CNC programming, CAM programming, SolidWorks CAD software, and interpreting technical drawings is highly desirable. Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting, CNC machining (including CNC milling machines and lathes), stamping presses, and press brake machines. Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards for quality control. Experience operating forklifts or other materials handling equipment is a plus; forklift certification is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret technical instructions accurately. Excellent shop math skills along with basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations in manufacturing processes. Demonstrated commitment to safety standards in production environments with an understanding of factory safety protocols. Effective communication skills for interpreting technical drawings and collaborating within a team environment. Join us in a role that combines hands-on machine operation with critical quality inspection tasks! We are dedicated to fostering a safe, innovative workplace where your skills can thrive while contributing to high-quality manufacturing excellence.
