Shift Starting Pay:

$15.50/hour We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Bumper Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility inSterling Heights, MI.In this role, employees will be responsible for assembling automotive bumpers in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble automotive bumpers using bolts, clips, screws, and wiring Use air guns and hand tools to secure parts into place Follow assembly instructions and quality standards Inspect parts to ensure proper fit and assembly Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Report any damaged parts, equipment issues, or production concerns to a supervisor

Requirements Requirements:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required Must be comfortable using air guns and basic hand tools Must be able to perform repetitive assembly work in a production environment Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be dependable and punctual Attendance is very important Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into manufacturing with room for increased pay after 90 days.

Benefits Pay Increase:

After 90 days, pay increases by $1.50/hour to $17.00/hour Health benefits with Dental and Vision Vacation & Holiday Pay
