Shift:
Monday - Thursday, 10 hour shift base schedule. Overtime and Friday shifts as needed. 2nd Shift also pays a 15% shift premium on top of the base wage.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for assembling control panels according to prints.
EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING REQUIRED OR PREFERRED
High School diploma or equivalent preferred or willingness to obtain a GED if not already completed. Minimum of 1 year work experience in manufacturing production environment. Math and reading skills required. Ability to utilize the internal EPR system is required. Experience using simple hand or power tools.
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE REQUIRED
None required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Follow clear assembly drawings / work instructions consistently to meet customer expectations. Use simple hand or power tools, torque wrenches, rulers, jigs & fixtures. Embraces a team environment. Ability to predetermine any problems that may come up and answer any questions regarding the instructions / prints. Continuously strive to improve the quality and quantity of work produced. Assemble all variations of standard products, as well as complex custom products. Enter work hours in ERP system (GSS). Drives continuous improvement process & conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.

Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
