This role is responsible for delivering, setting up, and tearing down event equipment at various venues. Crew members play a key role in bringing events to life by ensuring all rentals are installed safely, accurately, and on time. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and working in different environments. Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Setup & Installation Load trucks with event equipment prior to departure Transport and deliver equipment to event sites Set up tents, tables, chairs, linens, staging, and other rental items Follow event layouts and instructions to ensure accurate setups Ensure all equipment is clean, presentable, and event-ready Event Teardown & Return Dismantle and pack equipment after events Load trucks efficiently and safely for return to warehouse Ensure all items are accounted for before leaving event site Assist with unloading upon return when needed On-Site Coordination Work closely with team leads and crew members to complete setups on schedule Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any issues or changes Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing Alpine Events on-site Safety & Equipment Handling Follow all safety procedures during loading, setup, and teardown Properly secure loads during transport Handle equipment carefully to prevent damage Report damaged or missing items immediately Daily Expectations Arrive on time and ready to work Complete assigned routes and setups efficiently Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area Support team members to ensure successful event execution Represent Alpine Events professionally at all times Performance Standards Setups completed accurately and on time Equipment handled safely with minimal damage Strong teamwork and communication Positive customer and client interactions Reliable attendance and punctuality What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment Team-oriented attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
