Operate food production machinery Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred.

Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. Experience Requirements Basic machine operating/mechanical ability

Should be good w/computers to work with coders

Able to work in fast paced environment

Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.

Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.

Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.

Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.

Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator. Physical Capabilities Able to stand 12 hours

Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
