What You'll Do as a Machine Operator Lead

Shift:

Operate production and assembly equipment to meet production requirementsMonitor, troubleshoot, and maintain optimal machine operating speedsComplete product inspections, production reports, and downtime documentationPerform daily autonomous maintenance and participate in continuous improvement activitiesMonitor and coach production employees to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently while meeting quality standardsEnforce company policies, procedures, and safety requirementsProvide day-to-day direction, training, and support to production team members What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Lead

Shift Role:
