Plater Technician Location Alexandria, MN Pay Rate:

$17.50/hr. + 15% shift differential = $20.13/hr.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or plating environment is a plus Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures Mentally alert and physically capable of lifting and performing repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Job Duties:

Support line operators with plating operations and post-plating processes Properly rinse and dry products after plating to ensure quality Inspect and package finished parts following company procedures Learn and apply racking techniques to maximize efficiency and part quality Maintain job segregation and part integrity throughout the process Keep work areas clean and hazard-free, following all safety procedures Use PPE and safety devices appropriately Employee Benefits Because you deserve more than just another job.
