Full Job Description Key Duties :

Material Handling:

Accurately weigh and load dry powders and liquid solvents based on strict batch formulas.

Equipment Operation:

Run industrial mixers, control vacuum degassing systems to remove air bubbles, and monitor automated control panels or Human Machine Interfaces (HMI).

Quality Control:

Collect slurry samples for laboratory testing to verify viscosity, particle dispersion, and homogeneity.

Safety & Compliance:

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), follow chemical handling protocols, and maintain a clean workspace (5S).

Requirements and Skills Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long shifts and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).

Technical Literacy:

Basic computer skills to log data, read standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operate PLC-driven systems. Attention to

High precision in measuring ratios to prevent costly batch failures or flaws in the battery coating line

REQUIREMENTS

: HS Diploma or GED diploma required. AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline and 1 year of related experience. as a Grinding Machine Operator for Grinding; Molding Machine Operator for Molding; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed expectations of Machine Operator II including Compliance aspects. Six Sigma Yellow Belt training required.
