Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Embroidery Trimmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously trimming excess threads and embroidery tails from finished garments, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to precision will help us deliver beautifully finished products that delight our customers. Duties Carefully trim loose threads, embroidery tails, and excess fabric from finished garments using sewing machines or manual trimming tools Inspect embroidered items for quality, ensuring all trims are clean, even, and meet specifications Maintain a clean and organized work station to promote efficiency and safety Collaborate with sewing machine operators and quality control teams to address any issues with embroidery finishes Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for all trimming tools and equipment Assist in the setup and adjustment of sewing machines as needed for trimming tasks Keep accurate records of completed trims and report any defects or irregularities to supervisors Qualifications Prior experience in garment construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is preferred Familiarity with sewing machines and basic sewing techniques Knowledge of garment finishing processes, including embroidery trimming, is a plus Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Basic understanding of safety procedures related to sewing equipment and tools Experience working in a fast-paced production setting is advantageous Join us as an Embroidery Trimmer and play a vital role in delivering high-quality embroidered apparel!
