The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a compensation of $28.80 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Operate and maintain mail production equipment, including printers, inserters, postage meters, and related finishing equipment Setup production jobs, load materials, and verify job specifications before processing Monitor equipment performance and production quality to ensure accurate and timely completion of work Perform quality control checks on printed and mailed materials to meet company and client standards Prepare and process mailing data in compliance with USPS requirements and postal regulations Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues and escalate concerns when necessary Maintain accurate production and quality records Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area Support process improvement and documentation initiatives Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure objectives are clearly identified and achieved Other duties and projects as assigned To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following qualifications: Experience operating digital print equipment Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Experience in mailing and printing Preferred basic knowledge of USPS and mail sorting regulations To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
