Benefits of the cleanroom packaging technician: Competitive hourly wage with a stable 4-day workweek Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Clean, climate-controlled, state-of-the-art cleanroom environment Duties of the cleanroom packaging technician: Perform cleanroom packaging processes including labeling, printing, tray sealing, pouching, and final inspection Maintain accurate product accountability and complete detailed production logs during packaging runs Read and interpret basic manufacturing blueprints, job orders, and standard operating procedures Identify non-conforming product issues, report findings to supervisors, and stage completed products for sterilization Requirements of the cleanroom packaging technician: Prior experience in medical device assembly or controlled cleanroom packaging environments Ability to pass required annual quality system training and regulatory compliance testing Manual dexterity required for performing repetitive, fine-motor packaging and sealing tasks Physical ability to stand, bend, and move materials throughout a 10-hour shift Ability to adhere to strict cleanroom gowning protocols including wearing gowns, masks, and gloves Additional information: Apply today!
