  • ?️ What You'll Do
  • + •Support palletizing and packaging•across multiple production lines + •Perform machine changeovers•and adjust programs for size, weight, and speed + •Document production data•including waste, serial numbers, and quantities (manual + ERP) + •Act as a Mini Line Lead•by coordinating break schedules and keeping operations flowing + •Communicate with operators•to monitor product quality, weights, and run conditions + •Enter accurate ERP data•in PLEX for production counts, waste, serial numbers, and check sheets + •Set correct code dates•for bags and boxes + •Monitor and adjust packaging equipment•to maintain efficiency and product consistency + •Report downtime and waste•accurately in PLEX + •Partner with maintenance•to resolve equipment issues quickly •?
Essential Skills
  • + •1-2 years production machinery experience•including setup, startup, and adjustments + •Food manufacturing experience•(bakery preferred) + •Strong computer skills•for ERP data entry + •Basic English or Spanish communication•+ •Ability to lift 50 lbs•and push 30 lbs regularly + •Comfort working in heat•up to 100 degrees and standing 8 hours •?

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $22.
    50 - $22.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
