Opportunity:
The DTF Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Direct to
  • Film (DTF) printing equipment to produce
  • high-quality
  • heat transfer
  • prints.
This role ensures consistent print quality, efficient production flow, and adherence to safety and quality standards while meeting daily production goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
Set up, operate, and monitor DTF printers, shakers, dryers, and curing equipment Load film, inks, powders, and materials according to job specifications Prepare artwork files and verify print settings (color profiles, resolution, alignment) Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and film consistency throughout production Apply adhesive powder evenly and ensure proper curing of transfers Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of DTF equipment Troubleshoot common printing issues (banding, ink flow, adhesion, curing problems) Inspect finished transfers to ensure they meet quality standards Maintain accurate production logs and material usage records Follow all safety, cleanliness, and equipment handling
