In this role, you'll prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes, monitor batch quality, and ensure products are ready for production. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and want to be part of a fun, growing company.
What You'll Be Doing
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to production recipes and specifications.
Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
Verify ingredient accuracy and complete required production documentation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with equipment cleaning, setup, and other production duties as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Previous manufacturing, food production, or mixing experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to follow recipes, safety procedures, and food handling guidelines.
