This position is responsible for safely operating extrusion machinery to produce high-quality cable products while maintaining production and quality standards.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday | 5:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:

Operate extrusion line equipment safely and efficiently to manufacture cable products Read and follow job orders, SOPs, and production instructions Perform machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting Conduct quality inspections and checks to ensure products meet specifications Maintain accurate production documentation including reports, tally sheets, and scrap reports Enter production information into Epicor and other systems as needed Use hand tools to set up, operate, and maintain equipment Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience operating extrusion machinery OR strong mechanical aptitude in manufacturing equipment 2+ years of manufacturing experience Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to read, write, and understand English Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs intermittently Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift

Preferred:
