Full-timeAbout the Role A premier commercial print and packaging manufacturer in Minnetonka is hiring an Entry-Level Machine Operator to run a Lamina Mounter—a specialized piece of equipment that precision-binds large sheets together. No previous experience on this machine? No problem—we will train you! This role is ideal for anyone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable around heavy machinery, and enjoys working directly with a partner in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Training Hours:

 1st and 2nd Shift, typically 6am - 2pm OR 2:00 PM - 10:00

PM Training:

First few weeks will take place on 1st Shift (Daytime) before transitioning to 2nd Shift.

Overtime:

Must be open to OT when production demands (earlier starts, staying late, or occasional weekends). What You'll Do Operate and feed the sheet-mounting equipment as part of an interdependent 2-person team. Perform quality checks to ensure proper sheet alignment, adhesion, and finish. Assist with basic routine maintenance and machine setup. Keep your station safe, clean, and stocked with materials.
