Sheet Metal Laser Operator- 2nd Shift

Job Summary We are looking for a talented CNC Laser Operator to join our growing manufacturing team! In this role, you'll operate our state-of-the-art fiber laser cutting systems to produce clean, accurate, and complex metal components. Key Responsibilities Set up, calibrate, and operate advanced CNC laser cutting machines with precision and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to produce parts to tight tolerances Program and optimize cutting paths using modern laser software to maximize quality and minimize waste Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to keep equipment running at peak performance Safely handle materials using forklifts and overhead cranes Conduct quality checks and maintain detailed production records Contribute ideas to our continuous improvement culture What You Bring Solid experience operating CNC laser cutting machines (fiber laser experience is a big plus) Strong blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude Familiarity with laser programming software Good math skills and attention to detail Commitment to safety and a team-first mindset Forklift and overhead crane certification (or willingness to get certified) Why You'll Love Working Here We offer a modern, and well-equipped facility where your work is valued.
