Job Description
Position Summary As a Machine Operator at Thread Logic, you will play a key role in our production process by running embroidery machines and assisting in finishing and packaging custom logo apparel. No experience is required—just a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered items Inspect products for accuracy and quality Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, folding, and packaging Follow production schedules and work orders Maintain a clean and organized workspace Support other production activities as needed Required Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) No prior embroidery experience necessary—training provided Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently Must be reliable and punctual Able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
