Job Description
No Experience Required Cleanroom and Manufacturing Associate Roles!!! Job Description This role you will either be operating in the cleanroom performing inspection, quality checks, documentation and light machine operating. You could also be on the manufacturing floor performing machine operation, trimming, molding, and quality outside of the cleanroom. Responsibilities Work fully gowned in a cleanroom environment while following all cleanliness and contamination control procedures. Use microscopes to perform visual inspection of parts, ranging from basic to complex inspections, to ensure quality meets or exceeds internal and customer standards, including TS16949 requirements. Inspect parts at tables or on belts using flip inspection or quick sort methods to identify defects and nonconformities. Perform inspection, repair, and cleaning of medical overmolded products according to defined procedures and work instructions. Document inspection results, repairs, and actions accurately and completely in accordance with established procedures and work instructions. Enter and transact required information in the BPCS database to maintain accurate production and quality records. Operate washers and related equipment to ensure parts are cleaned to the appropriate standard before further processing or shipment. Prepare parts for shipping in line with customer and internal standards, including proper packaging and labeling. Monitor rollermics and other basic machines in the area to ensure they operate correctly and support quality requirements. Support assembly area activities as needed to help meet production and delivery standards.
Shifts Available:
1st shift: 6:45am- 3:15pm 2nd shift: 2:45pm
- 11:15 pm 3rd shift: 10:45 pm
- 7:15 am
Weekend Shift Days:
6am- 6:30pm (work 36 hours get paid for 40)
Weekend Shift Nights:
6pm- 6:30am (work 36 hours get paid for 40) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Litchfield, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
- $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
