Shifts Available:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts (Plus Overtime Opportunities!)Responsibilities:
Press & Digital Operations:
- Setting up and operating digital presses, entry-level web presses, and letterpress machinery.
- Loading paper feeds, preparing inks/toners, and adjusting mechanical tolerances to job specifications.
- Running equipment to apply custom foil stamping and specialty embellishments to paper products and cards.
Foil Stamping & Finishing Operations:
- Setting up and operating foil stamping presses to apply metallic, custom foil, and specialty embellishments to cards and stationeries. ...
- Adjusting foil tension, heat settings, pressure, and die alignment to ensure crisp, high-quality finishes.
Computerized Cutting & Finishing:
- Programming and operating computer-controlled cutters to trim printed sheets down to exact card sizes.
- Running inline finishing, folding, and case-making equipment.
Quality Control & Troubleshooting:
- Inspecting finished products during production runs for color accuracy, alignment, and print quality against order specifications.
- Identifying mechanical issues or defects early, making adjustments to minimize waste and spoilage.
