Machine Operation:

Set up, monitor, and operate high-speed printing or finishing equipment.

Quality Assurance:

Perform regular checks to ensure all printed materials meet strict quality standards and client specifications.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues or paper jams to keep production moving.

Material Handling:

Load paper, ink, and supplies into machines and move finished products to the staging area.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.

Skills:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. ... Prior experience in the commercial printing industry. Mechanical aptitude or experience using basic hand tools. Comfort using digital interfaces or computer-controlled machinery.

Qualifications:

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for the duration of an 8???10 hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs.

Reliability:

A proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to follow complex instructions and spot small errors in a fast-paced environment.
