We are currently seeking motivated Machine Operators to join our production team in North Mankato. Positions start immediately and run through May, with the potential for long-term extension! Machine Operation:
Set up, monitor, and operate high-speed printing or finishing equipment.Quality Assurance:
Perform regular checks to ensure all printed materials meet strict quality standards and client specifications.Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues or paper jams to keep production moving.Material Handling:
Load paper, ink, and supplies into machines and move finished products to the staging area.Safety & Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. ... Prior experience in the commercial printing industry. Mechanical aptitude or experience using basic hand tools. Comfort using digital interfaces or computer-controlled machinery.Qualifications:
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for the duration of an 8???10 hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs.Reliability:
