Machine Operator Location:
Maple Lake, MN Pay Rate:
$18.00- $23.
Schedules Available:
1st Shift | 6 AM- 4 PM 2nd Shift | 3:45 PM
- 1:45 AM Monday
- Friday Machines Don't Run Without You.
Experience Requirements Machine Operator:
Minimum of 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience requiredWarehouse Associate:
Previous warehouse experience preferred Manufacturing, production, or rotational molding experience is a plus Forklift experience is not required but candidates must be willing to learn Experience using hand tools, equipment, or material handling equipment is beneficial Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift Capable of working in varying temperatures, including warm manufacturing environments Ability to work around noise, dust, odors, heat, and cold Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Job Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently Monitor production processes to ensure quality and productivity standards are met Troubleshoot minor equipment and production issues as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling activities Operate forklifts and other equipment after training, if assigned Perform quality inspections and report any product or equipment concerns Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
