Job Description

Converting Operator Put your technical expertise to work as a converting operator in Minneapolis, MN! Twin City Staffing is hiring an experienced machine operator to set up, troubleshoot, and run Hudson or Tuber equipment while maintaining strict quality standards and minimizing scrap. Set up, calibrate, troubleshoot, and operate assigned converting machinery (Hudson or Tuber equipment)

Conduct routine quality checks, red-tag non-conforming materials, and complete production log paperwork

Perform minor mechanical maintenance, resolve equipment issues, and execute shift handoff reports

Train new department employees while adhering strictly to SQF, GMP, PPE, and food safety standards Requirements of the converting operator:

Minimum 2+ years of experience setting up, troubleshooting, and operating production or converting machinery

Ability to read and interpret work orders using both imperial and metric measurement systems

Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs. and willingness to complete provided forklift training

Proven work history demonstrating reliable attendance and mechanical troubleshooting skills
