Job Description

KLUGE Setup Operator - 1st Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM)
Wage:
$23-$25/hour without prior KLUGE experience $30+/hour with specific KLUGE experience Position Overview This role involves setting up and operating KLUGE and Bobst press equipment used for die cutting, foil stamping, embossing, laminating, and folding/gluing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with die cutting machinery and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate KLUGE or Bobst die-cutting equipment Perform foil stamping, embossing, and die cutting as required Maintain consistent quality standards throughout production Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Production Manager Work overtime when necessary to meet production demands Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of die-cutting experience on any material High school diploma or equivalent Skills & Competencies Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Strong knowledge of die-cutting equipment operation Reliable attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs Ability to visually inspect work for defects and color accuracy Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks Frequent walking and standin #Nowhiring
