Job Description
Ensures company standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction are met or exceeded.
Responsible for pulling work instructions for production jobs.
Assist in 5S, continuous improvement and Lean activities proactively and as assigned.
Keeps the flow in the factory clean and smooth by taking on the occasional tasks (tasks that sets vacuum loaders to load the material hoppers)Sets up weight blenders and material dryers to correct customer product specifications for drying purposes.
Report issues with malfunctioning equipment to Supervisor or Lead to create needed MSO's.
Drains and cleans hoppers and dryers.
Tears-down, labels, and organizes boxes and components.
Brings rejects to grinding staging area.
Returns work instructions, fixtures,…
