This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a 3-day work schedule while enjoying additional weekdays or weeknights off. Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment. Package rolls of plastic film according to customer specifications. Inspect products for splices, defects, and quality issues. Verify product counts, materials, and supplies. Assist with machine changeovers and production line setup. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow OSHA, safety, quality, and productivity standards. Qualifications Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and every other weekend. 1+ year of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred. Machine operation or automated equipment experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for 8-12 hours. Basic reading and writing skills required. #2000LI Interested?
