Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and assist with preventive maintenance on industrial fabrication machinery.
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, or gauges to ensure adherence to strict quality specs.
Maintain complete documentation, process check sheets, and daily logbooks for quality control.
Safely handle materials and equipment, including lifting, positioning, and transporting parts weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Keep work areas clean and adhere strictly to all safety and OSHA guidelines.
