In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial machinery to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise will ensure efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards, and precise measurement and inspection of parts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to the manufacturing of innovative products in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC machining centers, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC programming to produce precision parts according to technical specifications. Set up and adjust machinery such as stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CAM programming tools for optimal performance. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Conduct dimensional measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to verify part quality. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures, wearing protective gear, and adhering to factory safety protocols. Handle materials and finished products efficiently using forklifts and other materials handling equipment while observing safety guidelines. Skills Proficiency with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CAD software such as SolidWorks, and CAM programming for machining operations. Experience operating various manufacturing equipment including stamping presses, press brakes, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, CNC programming, and fabrication tools. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, mechanical blueprint interpretation, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and shop math for precise fabrication. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and experience maintaining a safe workspace. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and perform quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers. Familiarity with warehouse operations, packaging processes, assembly line procedures, tooling setup, and materials handling techniques. Solid mechanical knowledge combined with troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment maintenance. Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred for a seamless transition into our fast-paced environment.
