Summary:

Candidate must know or have the ability to learn different materials to include 4140, leaded stock, keyed stock, different grades of material. Must also have experience in sawing a variety of materials; steel, aluminum, plastics, pipe, tubing, wood. Also understand saw techniques and saw blades.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 2 years minimum experience preferred but will hire entry level
• Run various machines in fabrication
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Able to read blueprints and pay attention to details on blueprints
• Able to read a tape measure and calipers
• Strong communication skills
• Team player to ensure flow of jobs in an efficient manner
• Able to handle changing priorities on a daily basis
• Strong organizational skills
• Coordinate sawing and tube making between material handlers
• Speeds and feeds
• Hot and Cold saws
• Metal Cutting Semi-Automatic Bank Saw
• Must keep work area clean and organized Duties include but are not limited to: Must ability to lift 75 lbs

Pay:

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
