IQ Resource Group is hiring Machine Operators for a leading company in Prior Lake, Minnesota!

Pay :

$20.00-$24.00/hour, based on experience

Job Type :

Full-Time Shift :

1st shift : Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm AND 2nd shift : Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3:00am.

Job Overview:

We are looking for dependable Milling and Turning Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. Operators will run multiple machines throughout the day while producing quality parts and completing inspections along the way.

Responsibilities:

Operate multiple machines to produce production parts Inspect parts and complete quality documentation Clean, deburr and package finished parts Identify and troubleshoot production issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Maintain reliable and consistent attendance

Qualifications:

CNC or machining experience preferred, but not required Excellent attendance Basic math skills Ability to read and understand blueprints is a plus Comfortable using or learning different inspection tools Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems Positive attitude and strong communication skills Benefits once Hired on : Employer-paid health insurance premiums Dental and vision insurance Life insurance HSA available 401(k) with 4% company match
