Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Machine Operator at a company in Richfield, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Set-up equipment accurately and in accordance with proper and safe setup techniques to die-cut quality boxes
• Inspect all tooling before and after running to ensure that any necessary repairs are made
• Assist Machine Operator in the operation of machines, ensuring efficiency and the production of quality products
• Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups Requirements for

Machine Operator:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of machining experience
• Previous experience in the corrugated, folding carton, printing, or similar industry preferred
• Ability to multi-task and keep up with the pace of production while maintaining excellent quality and meeting machine efficiency goals for set-up and run speeds
• Excellent attendance record
